These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and GV888 ("GV888", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the GV888 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at gv888.cam.

GV888 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform offers sports betting (including cricket betting covering the Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and international T20 fixtures), live casino games, slots, table games and esports wagering. All account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on GV888, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on GV888 you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. GV888 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law where such prohibition would apply to you.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from GV888 or any affiliated platform and have not had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or agent of GV888 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account on GV888 you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and any other information required to complete the registration process.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on GV888. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. GV888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify GV888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly notify GV888 of any changes to the information provided at registration. GV888 may require you to re-verify your identity following a change of personal details. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in Account suspension or delayed withdrawal processing.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

GV888 accepts deposits via methods made available on the Platform at any given time. For Pakistani users, familiar payment rails include bank transfers and digital wallet options. Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with GV888 or gambling services generally.

5.2 Minimum Deposits & Currency

Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Account balances are displayed in PKR where the Platform is configured for Pakistani users. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to processing.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards held in another person's name, or anonymous payment instruments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a source not matching the Account holder's verified identity may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to fully verified Account holders who have satisfied applicable KYC requirements. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and from which you have previously deposited, unless otherwise expressly permitted by GV888 in writing.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected, your account verification status, the operator's internal processing queue and applicable compliance checks. GV888 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal speed. References to "fast" or "quick" processing in promotional material refer to operator-side processing targets, not guaranteed delivery times.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed on the Platform. These limits may vary by method and may change without prior notice. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as outlined in the loyalty program terms.

6.4 Pending Bets

Withdrawals may be delayed if you have active pending bets. GV888 reserves the right to withhold the portion of your balance corresponding to unsettled wagers until those bets are settled.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal

GV888 may refuse or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal would result in a negative bonus balance; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

GV888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which include wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds or stake restrictions, and game contribution percentages. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games vary per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

GV888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus structures; or placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any time. Accepting a new promotion while an existing bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on GV888 are subject to the Platform's sportsbook rules and individual event rules, which are made available on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with applicable rules before placing a bet. GV888 reserves the right to void or settle bets in accordance with these rules where relevant circumstances arise.

8.2 Cricket and Local Sports

GV888 offers cricket betting including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and other cricket competitions. Cricket betting rules — including how weather interruptions, match abandonments, revised targets and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are handled — are published in the sports rules section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. GV888 reserves the right to suspend, void or amend live markets where data integrity concerns arise, where a significant match event has already occurred, or where technical issues affect the accuracy of live data feeds. Bets accepted in error on clearly incorrect odds may be voided.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

GV888 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market and per day. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated. GV888 reserves the right to limit, suspend or close the Account of any User whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated betting activity inconsistent with recreational use.

8.5 Casino & Live Casino

Casino games and live casino tables operate on the rules embedded within each game. Where a discrepancy arises between on-screen game information and the game provider's certified rules, the certified rules take precedence. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are indicative only and represent statistical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GV888 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets or casino sessions, forfeiture of balances and permanent Account closure:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to register an Account on your behalf;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or support interactions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or knowingly betting on events the outcome of which you have prior non-public information about;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions to generate winnings — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in systematic abuse of promotional offers, bonus structures or loyalty programs;
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing GV888 staff or other users through support channels.

10.1 Verification Requirements

GV888 is required to verify the identity of its users as part of responsible operator practice and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. You may be required to submit identity and address documentation at any point, including but not limited to: prior to processing your first withdrawal; when cumulative deposits reach a threshold set by the operator; or where GV888 has a reasonable basis to request verification.

10.2 Acceptable Documents

GV888 may request one or more of the following, or equivalent documents valid in your jurisdiction:

• Government-issued photo identity document (e.g., national identity card, passport, driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of wallet account, bank statement header showing account number)
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML compliance procedures

10.3 Account Holds Pending Verification

GV888 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals, or to restrict Platform access, pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Funds held during a KYC review are not lost — they remain in your Account balance. Processing times for verification reviews depend on document quality and volume. GV888 will endeavour to complete standard reviews promptly and will notify you of the outcome by email.

GV888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player protection tools accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you are logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Receive timed reminders showing your session length and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a longer fixed period exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible within the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform; reverse-engineer or disassemble any Platform software; or remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from Platform content.

GV888 respects third-party intellectual property rights. Game content, logos and trademarks belonging to game providers or sports organisations displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or for lawful descriptive purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GV888 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues or platform maintenance;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, scores or live data caused by third-party data providers;
• Bets placed after a match event has already occurred in live betting contexts where data latency was a factor;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to bonus forfeiture or Account closure;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages of any kind, even if GV888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits GV888's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

14.1 Termination by GV888

GV888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been violated; fraudulent or prohibited conduct has occurred; continued Account operation presents regulatory, compliance or financial risk; or where required by law.

14.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting GV888 support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Any remaining verified Balance, less applicable deductions for pending bonuses or compliance holds, will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination: (a) your access to the Platform ceases immediately; (b) any outstanding bonus funds are forfeited; (c) any winnings derived from prohibited conduct are voided; and (d) these Terms continue to apply to any dispute arising from your prior use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GV888 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as determined by the operator.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as GV888 representing, warranting or confirming that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws in their location.

GV888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — GV888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Account holders by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2 above.
